Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of WhatsYourFargo. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

WhatsYourFargo lets you design pool table layouts, save them, and optionally share them with other users. Features may change over time.

The app is provided for personal, non-commercial practice and community sharing unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your password secure.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may need a parent or guardian’s permission.

User content and license

You keep ownership of the layouts and comments you create. By sharing content in Browse or posting comments, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the service.

You represent that you have the rights to the content you post and that it does not violate these Terms or the law.

Community rules and zero tolerance

WhatsYourFargo has zero tolerance for objectionable, abusive, or unlawful content and abusive users. You may not post or share content that:

• Is illegal, threatening, harassing, hateful, or encourages harm.
• Contains sexual, pornographic, or otherwise explicit material.
• Is spam, scams, malware, or phishing.
• Infringes someone else’s rights (including privacy or intellectual property).
• Impersonates others or misrepresents your identity in a deceptive way.

Moderation

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

Users can report content and block other users in the app. We review reports as soon as reasonably possible and take action we believe is appropriate, which may include removal of content and account restrictions.

Blocking hides another user’s shared content from you; it does not by itself delete their account.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape data in an abusive way, bypass safety features, access other users’ accounts, or use the app for anything unlawful.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Pool practice advice and shared layouts are community-generated and may be inaccurate. Use your own judgment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from the Account tab. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
