Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 1, 2026
Overview
WhatsYourFargo (“we”, “us”) is a pool training app that lets you create table layouts, save them to your account, and optionally share them with other users in Browse.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the app, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the app, we may collect:
- Account information: email address and authentication credentials (passwords are handled by our auth provider; we do not store plaintext passwords).
- User content: table layouts (including frames, ball positions, labels), titles, descriptions, game tags, comments, likes, and reports you submit.
- Usage and device data needed to run the service: for example session tokens and basic app preferences stored on your device.
- Support communications: if you email us, we receive whatever you include in that message.
How we use information
We use this information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the app (accounts, sync, Browse feed, likes, comments).
- Keep the community safer (reports, blocks, content filtering, abuse response).
- Respond to support requests and enforce our Terms.
- Comply with law when required.
Sharing and processors
We do not sell your personal information.
We use Supabase to host authentication and app data. Shared layouts, comments, and related public activity may be visible to other users as part of Browse.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect users or our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of the service (with notice where appropriate).
Retention
We keep account and content data while your account is active and as needed to operate the service.
If you delete your account in the app, we delete your account and associated personal data and user content we control (such as your saved tables, comments, likes, and blocks), subject to limited retention needed for security, abuse prevention, or legal obligations.
Your choices
You can update or remove content you control in the app, block other users, and report content.
You can delete your account from the Account tab. That permanently removes your account and related data as described above.

Children
WhatsYourFargo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
