Common questions
- I can’t sign in. Make sure you’re using the same email you signed up with. If you’re stuck, email support.
- How do I delete my account? Open Notable → Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and journal entries.
- Is my journal private? Entries are private by default. If you choose to share an entry, only the entry text and your member number may appear on Discover.
- How do I report inappropriate content? Open Discover, open a shared entry, and tap Report, Hide, or Block. You can also email support. We review reports within 24 hours.
